Sometimes you just have to get away to get the most gorgeous shots.
Brittney + Perrin drove all the way up to Great Falls from Hampton, Virginia just to get some beautiful images with the stunning natural scenery. This trip was 100% fueled by coffee and an adventurous mindset, they met me at one of the outlooks and we explored further from there.
She wore her favorite dress, he wore nice natural colors, and they decided to bring their fur baby! We had an amazing time scouting out locations to take these images. Unfortunately, the pup was a little nervous so we couldn’t get down the rocky trail to the river. We still managed to get some beautiful and unique images they’ll remember for the rest of their lives!
I love these types of sessions. There’s something so romantic about spontaneous adventures, even when things go wrong and when you’re tired from driving all day. There is still beauty in a sunset. And it doesn’t matter how much or how little you’ve paid or planned to be there, seeing the sun go down over a beautiful view while doing what you love or spending time with the love of your life is worth it every single time
